We act as a point of coordination between the parties to a project: landowners, power suppliers, engineering firms, operators and customers.
How we think about the asset.
Large-scale AI compute depends on three things being secured together, early: contiguous power, suitable land and high-density cooling. Our work is to bring those fundamentals together so that facilities can be built and delivered in phases.
